How much does the tour cost?
The tour is $400. Included in your registration are all educational sessions, site tours, dinner Sunday night, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Monday and Tuesday, and transportation for conference attendees to and from all of the events leaving from The Grand Hotel in Salem. Not included are the hotel fee, additional meals, side trips, post or pre-conference travel to other beautiful locations in Oregon, and airport transportation. A shuttle service runs between Portland International Airport and hotels in Salem. We’re happy to provide you with instructions for making these reservations.

I’m flying into Portland (PDX) for the Tour. Do I need to rent a car?
If you are just flying in for the Sustainability Tour and are not planning on visiting other locations, you do not need a car. Airport shuttles are available to and from Portland International Airport (PDX) to The Grand Hotel in Salem. All transportation to and from events will be provided upon arrival. What should I wear to this event?
The dinner on Sunday night is business casual. Monday and Tuesday include site visits to farms, wineries, and other outdoor locations. We encourage you to dress casually, with long pants and closed-toed shoes. You never know, you may have the opportunity to ride in a tractor!

We encourage you to make a vacation out of your trip and bring your spouse or partner along! On your registration please indicate ‘Add spouse.’ There will be a $100 fee for your spouse or guest to join us and includes their dinner on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
