Since 1973, when David and Peter Truitt took over a cannery in Salem, Oregon, Truitt Bros. has been more than just a food processor. We represent the third generation of a food processing family. As leaders in bringing quality and innovation to the industry, we provide shelf stable products for a wide variety of establishments, from restaurants and businesses to health care and retailers.

Located in the Willamette Valley, the premier growing region of the United States, we understand what fresh, good food is all about. We pretty much have to - we're surrounded by it and purchase most of the products we process from the area. Our product lines include entrées, side dishes, bases and desserts.

Being a smaller company is our advantage. We're not so big we'll ignore smaller requests, yet we're a leader in the shelf stable food processing business - because this is all we do. And we're good at it.
